Our curriculum consists of techniques derived from traditional Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and various other striking and grappling arts. Classes are designed to teach practical real life self-defense as well as build a sound mind and body. In addition, we also provide training in a variety of martial arts weapons.
Martial Arts is much more than just kicking and punching. It is designed to be an enjoyable and non-violent art system of physical and mental discipline. Studying martial arts can reduce stress and help you learn to focus your thoughts and energy, not only during class, but in everyday life.

Not sure what to do with the kids this summer.... Well Tiger Martial Arts has a fun-filled, jam-packed summer planned. The children will take two Martial Arts classes per-day, including a variety of Tae Kwon Do and Parkour classes. We also have weekly field trips including fun and games and other activities. The children have play-time in our 4,000 square foot dojong, so need to worry about the hot summer sun! Some of the new activities for this camp include a trip to Fort Christmas, a magic show, and Power Play Zone, but also we will be doing our regular activities of bowling rollerskating, and the Mascot Games!
